  • Do I have to be a member to reserve a Caddie?

    Yes. You must be a Caddies For Kids member in order to reserve any of the Caddies our program. You can view details on player memberships HERE

  • How much does it cost to reserve a Caddie?

    As of 2/14/23, CFK has transitioned to a donor funded service - allowing our members to receive free caddie services and youth mentorship for the calendar year. You must be an active member to reserve a caddie. Tips for the caddies are encouraged, but not required. 

  • How can I schedule an interview with a Caddie?

    Once you are a member, you will have access to view and browse our Caddie roster. Each Caddie profile will provide you with information about the Caddie along with an option to request an interview. The CFK office will coordinate the interview at a time that works best for the Player and the Caddie.

  • How do I reserve a Caddie for an event?

    You can either select the reserve now button on the Caddie profile or contact the CFK office at reservations@caddiesforkids.org.

  • Can I register my youth with more than one Caddie?

    You are only allowed to have one Caddie per event. However, you can reserve different Caddies for different events if you choose.

  • How do I know my youth is successfully registered?

    All reservations will be confirmed through our CFK office. A confirmation email will be sent once payment's received with your event details. Alternatively, you can email us at reservations@caddiesforkids.org and we will confirm your participant's reservation status.

  • I did not register my youth in advance. Can we show up to an event and get a Caddie?

    No. On-site registration is not permitted.

  • When does my Caddie arrive at the course for my tee time?

    All Caddies will arrive 30-minutes prior to your tee time and will stay until scores are turned in.

  • When is the deadline to reserve a Caddie?

    Caddie reservation deadline is 5:00pm CST, (5) days prior to the selected event date. Caddie reservations made after this time are subject to a Late Reservation fee. No reservations will be accepted within 48-hours of an event.
