Reservation Policy


  • In order to reserve a Caddie for an event, players must become a Caddies For Kids member. 
  • Local Caddie reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and are based on Caddie availability.
  • All reservations must be made in advance through the CFK office at reservations@caddiesforkids.org .
  • On-site reservations at event are not permitted. 
  • Caddie reservation deadline is at 5:00pm CST, (5) days prior to the selected event date. Caddie reservations made after this time are subject to a Late Reservation fee. *Please note there is no guarantee that a caddie will be available to accept the reservation request.
  • No reservations will be accepted within 48 hours of an event.
  • Blackout Dates (Caddies will not be available on the following days) -  New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.

Late Reservation Fee


  • Players may make a Caddie reservation after the reservation deadline (5 days prior to the selected event date) if a Caddie is available for that event. 
  • A non-refundable $25 late reservation fee will be applied.
  • Late reservation deadline ends 48-hours prior to the selected event.

Cancellation Policy


  • Players may cancel their reservation at any time before 5:00pm CST, (5) days prior to the selected event. 
  • All reservation cancellations submitted after the cancellation deadline are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Any reservation cancellation submitted the day of the event will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Exceptions can be made if a player cancels after the deadline based on illness, family emergency, or an extenuating circumstance. This is at the discretion of the CFK staff. 
  • If Caddie is selected for an event and Caddie has a scheduling conflict that arises, Caddie must notify the CFK office within 5 days of event without penalty. 
  • If a Caddie cancels after the deadline based on illness, family emergency, or an extenuating circumstance, the CFK staff will work to identify a replacement.
  • Cancellations can be made by emailing the CFK office at reservations@caddiesforkids.org .

No-Show Policy


  • It is the responsibility of the player and caddie to notify the CFK office within the required timeframe if they can no longer participate in the selected event. Any person who does not show up for their reservation time and has not previously cancelled their reservation will be considered a no show.
  • Players and caddies must provide cancellation notice to the CFK office to not be deemed a no show. 
  • If a player or caddie find out that they cannot participate on the day of the event, they must email reservations@caddiesforkids.org before their respective start time. 
  • If a player no-shows, a $50 no-show fee will be applied.
  • If a caddie no-shows or is late to meet their obligations, their High School golf coach will be notified and the Caddie could be immediately removed from the program.
